Splendid Antique Boulle / Biedermeier Mirrored Washstand

Of lightwood with ebony finish this Biedermeier mirrored washstand is richly gilt stenciled to emulate the inlay designs of the French furniture of designer Boulle. White painted banding to simulate marble.

4 7/8"(12.5 cm) high, 3 "(7.5 cm) wide, 1 5/8"(4 cm) deep.

Excellent condition.

Germany - Circa 1890 - This ormolu furniture was made by D. Schneegass & Söhne. D.H. Wagner was the wholesaler.
